I started making video on our traditional food in my native language in Tamil. I give lot of tips while making, because I intend people who are just learning cooking to benefit from those tips.. Just like I am passionate about our traditional jewellery I am equally passionate about our traditional food which is full of nutrition and some medicinal values.
The food is traditional but not prepared in the traditional way, because then that would mean that I have lot of open spaces where we can put all our vessels and stoves.
After all what can we leave to the next generation other than History?
